You might not love how they look, but you have to admit they\u2019re pretty cool. And the end result is so worth it! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>If you\u2019re still not thrilled about your braces, you can fake it \u2018til you make it.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Just smile, smile, smile! Even if you don&#8217;t feel entirely confident about it, just smile anyway!&nbsp;People will know you have braces whether you smile or not, so you might as well go for it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The more you smile with braces, the more used to it you\u2019ll get, and the more confident you\u2019ll feel!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>And remember that you are not alone in your braces journey.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Braces have become almost a rite of passage for teenagers. The number of young people receiving them has quadrupled since the 1960s. According to the American Association of Orthodontics, an estimated 4.5 million Americans &#8212; most of them children and teenagers &#8212; wear braces on their teeth.
